The teacher is the core of education,and the quality of teachers has an important impact on the quality and effectiveness of education.Professional development of teachers which plays a significant role in education has been increasingly widely concerned in the field of education.With the popularization of the Internet and the development of information technology,the network training has become one of the effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers,which has the unique advantages of cross domain time and space,interaction,sharing,convenience and so on.In network training,teachers utilize the network platform to construct a learning community,which realize the transferring of knowledge and the sharing of resources in the process of interacting with other teachers.The interactions among the teachers are not only the key of network training,but also the necessary condition for the development of network training.In network training,the teachers contact with each other,and form a complex network.Through the relational network,we can understand the characteristics of the interaction between teachers in the network learning community,and find the existing problems during the interaction.Therefore,we put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the current state of interaction,so that the network training has a great effect on effectively promoting teachers' professional quality.This paper conducts the statistics and analysis of the interaction between teachers in the course of network training based on the theory and method of social network analysis.In this study,we exploit the social network analysis software UCINET to analyze the whole network training data,then we analyze and compare with the four network training activities,which can obtain the dynamic process of interaction in network training.According to the results of analysis,we find out the existing problems in the interaction between teachers in the network training,and put forward some corresponding suggestions.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods.The second part mainly defines the concept of network training and interaction,and introduces the social network analysis method.The third part elaborates the research object,the research case,and the research design.The fourth part mainly performs the statistics,the reorganization and the analysis for the interactive data in the network training.The fifth part analyzes and compares the data of the four interactions to discover the dynamic change regulation of the network structure.The sixth part mainly analyzes the existing problems in the interaction and provides some suggestions,and the seventh part is the summary and prospect.
