Study On The Issues And Countermeasures Of Career Planning Education In Advanced Vocational Colleges

Career planning refers to the analysis and determination of individual careerchoices for the subjective and objective factors that determine the individual’s goals andefforts to achieve this objective process. In other words, career planning requirementsaccording to their own interests, characteristics, positioning itself in one of the mostable to play to their strengths location, choose the most suitable career in their ownability. Career orientation is the most critical step in the success or failure of a careerdecision, but also the starting point for career planning. In recent years, along withChina’s rapid economic development and the number of enrollment, vocational collegesgrowing university admissions, employment problems faced by students in vocationalcolleges are increasingly becoming severe mouth and outstanding benefits. Therefore,vocational students career planning research has far-reaching significance.The main purpose of this study was to explore vocational colleges career planningeducation problems and identify appropriate countermeasures, so that students cancorrectly vocational career planning, vocational colleges while exploring how tocorrectly apply the scientific development concept to guide students career planning. Inthis paper, vocational college students as the main object of study, vocational collegesand vocational students to identify career problems in education through literatureresearch, questionnaires, query data, etc., through the vocational colleges career surveyplanning and career planning analytic theory, draw Vocational Education careerPlanning history problem occurs due to the traditional institutional constraints, socialfamily values misleading error, vocational training hospital personnel qualitiesrestrictions and lack of capacity caused by the students themselves.
