Research On Panjin Vocational And Technical College Student Occupation Career Planning Education

Since1998, with the Panjin Vocational and Technical College enrollment has increased year by year, the gradual expansion of the scale, graduate employment issues have become increasingly prominent, has been upgraded to college primary one of the tasks. Therefore, for the students’occupation career planning education research has far-reaching practical significance. Timely, scientific occupation career planning education, not only can help the school to improve the employment capacity, alleviate the employment work burden, but also on the students’ employment, career and future occupation smooth of career development to rise to urge action actively and effective guidance.This thesis is about the Panjin Vocational and Technical College student occupation career planning education research. By means of literature review, interview, questionnaire, statistical analysis and other methods, studies the current Panjin Vocational and Technical College occupation career education existing problems and how to solve the occupation career management, investigation of students’ development of significance, help the students to improve the occupation career management capabilities, for the occupation development to provide a help for college, how to carry out occupation career education provide theoretical basis. Research process in general as follows:first, through literature review, the current understanding of student occupation career planning status and theory in international and domestic development status; secondly, introduces the theory and influence; third, by means of interview and questionnaire, to understand Panjin occupation technology students occupation career planning status; fourth, model building, through the analysis of questionnaires determination of students in the occupation career education existing problems, combining with literature review, research hypothesis; fifth, to solve the problem, countermeasure research; finally, the research results; according to the results of the study, objective put forward practical suggestions. These practice recommendations emphasizes the students’ personal adjustment and efforts, but also highlighted the school security, cooperation and social help and support role.In this paper, a Panjin Vocational and Technical College student occupation career planning education in some studies, expectation can somehow help college promotion occupation career planning education effectiveness, thus enabling students to reduce the employment pressure and to find a suitable long-term occupation development, guide them to better understand and reflects the value of the individual, laid the basis for a successful life.
