Research On Student Occupation Career Planning In Dongying Vocational College

College life is an important period in the formation of one's philosophy and value. It is also an important step of career planning. Career planning is not only related to the individual's career and life development, but also to the stable development of enterprises,even to the whole nation's rational allocation of human resources and the harmonious development of society. Students' career planning and development attracted attention of major colleges and universities, thus many researches and practices on how to develop students' career planning were conducted. However, in the process of these practices, a lot of problems was exposed, such as unreasonable curriculum, little sense of students' planning and mere formality of planning process etc. Therefore, it is an important project for colleges and universities that how to take an effective action to change the current situation of student'career planning.This paper analyzed employment situation of the graduates in Dongying Vocational College and investigated the graduates' career planning and occupation. By analyzing and summarizing results of the investigation, this paper found out the exist problem of vocational colleges in carrying out career planning, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. It attempts to provide a valid reference for vocational college in how to strengthen students' career planning and individuals success.
