A Research On The Problem Of Disabled Service Involving Charity Institutes

The Disabled person’s living condition has been widespread concerned by the government and the society. The disabled construction leaded by the Chinese government has made great achievements, but also appeared a lot of problems. With the folk disabled organizations joined in, it’s effectively makes up for the lack of government functions, and promote the development of disabled service. Lack of money is the main problem, which the folk disabled organizations have to face. Through analyzing the current situation and problems of Fujian Province Tongren Volunteers Service Center make use of the charitable resource, and combined with the charity join in the work for disabled people’s Feasibility analysis, and make some suggestion at last. This research believed that the way for organization to solve the problem of lack money and the way to get money too single, the organization must try to use the resource from charity. For example, the resource from charity organization company、personal、Religion、folk religion and so on. The organization should try more way to get resource. The way to solve that problems, we should try to build more charity and disabled service organizations, educate the thought of join the charity and help the disabled person to people, and make the behave of help the disabled more scientific and professional. The folk disabled service organization also need the professional social workers’ added, in order to promote the ability of use the charity resource and raise the level of the disabled service.
