Social Work Intervention Employment Service Research Currently In Older Disabled Orphans

Based on professional internship in an organization that foster orphans, this paperanalyzed the disabled orphan’s employment service through interviews, documentaryresearches and field studies. This paper also analyzed the current employment situation thatdisabled orphan are facing nowadays. This paper tries to provide a practical way to solvethe difficulties of the disabled orphan’s employment problems. This paper also providesgreat reference value for social workers to intervene the disabled orphan’s employmentservice.This paper includes four sections. Section one introduced the research backgroundand then defined the main concepts of disabled orphans. The first section also discussed themeaning of this theme, as well as the relevant theories of social work. The second partmainly analyzed the current employment situation of disabled orphans, the difficulties theyencounter and the reason why this happened to them. By introducing S organization’s wayof services in disabled orphans’ employment, the third part of the paper discussed thefundamental function of social support and resources integration that social workers areapplying in third sector. This section also analyzed the function of the third sector indisabled orphans’ employment service and put’s forward some advices for the government.At last, from the macro, meso and micro levels of three this section discussed thepracticability and the route for social work to intervene disabled orphans’ employmentservice. The fourth part is the summary of the article and some countermeasures that canbe taken to provide better employment services for disabled orphans.
