| In the background of deepening curriculum reform of basic education, improving students’physical quality, by means of consulting documents, interview, experiments, this thesis is about the research on learning involvement, self-efficiency effect of students of the first grade in the Affiliated High School of to Fujian Normal University in the sports optional class experimental by "teamwork building strategy". All the data are collected by scientific method as analysis of covariance and multiple covariances analysis. The research results:(1)At the end of the experiment in aerobics, basketball class, the "self-efficacy" level is increased significantly. The effect is obvious in the group and time covariance. Hence, the level of self-efficiency is increased with the change of time. The experimental group is better than the controlled group.(2)At the end of the experiment in aerobics, basketball class,the"behaviour-involvement " level is increased. The difference is not obvious in the time, group and group time multiple covariance analysis. Hence, the level of involvement does not change with the change of time.(3) At the end of the experiment in aerobics, basketball class,the"emotion-involvement " level is increased as a whole. The difference is not obvious in the time, group and group time multiple covariance analysis. Hence, the level of involvement does not change with the change of time. There is no much difference between the experimental group and the controlled group.(4)At the end of the experiment in aerobics, basketball class, the "cognition-involvement " level is increased. The difference is obvious in the time covariance analysis but not in group and group time multiple covariance analysis. Hence, the level of involvement changes with the change of time. There is no much difference between the experimental group and the controlled group. The conclusions:(1) Through the systematic study, self-efficiency can be improved.(2) Through the systematic study, learning involvement can be improved.(3)"teamwork building strategy" can be helpful in improving the self-efficiency, but not the behaviour involvements emotion involvement and recognition involvement.(4)"teamwork building strategy" is more helpful in collective sports than in individual sports. |
