A Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasure Of Yunnan High Altitude Training Base

In recent years, the athletes’competitive level from various countries have greatly improved and the world record was repeatedly refresh in the international sports competition. The sports competition between countries and regions has become increasingly fierce. In order to improve athletic ability and won the gold medal, high altitude training method are highly valued in the world.When athletes training in the high altitude training base, the training stadium、scientific research and services with a direct impact on the effectiveness of the athletes’training course. Yunnan high altitude training base has the specific advantages in its geography, climate, natural environment and so on, it is the ideal place to the high altitude training, provide a quality condition and service for the athletes who training in the Yunnan high altitude training base. However, when compared with a world-class altitude training base, Yunnan high altitude training base still has its gaps. This study will take a research through the document analysis, on-site investigation, mathematical statistic and other research methods. Analysis the status of Yunnan high altitude training base then find out its problems in the process of development and provide the corresponding solutions and advices. The results are as follows:1. Yunnan high altitude training base contain Haigeng soprts training base, Chenggong soprts training base and Songmao water base. The bases have the specific geographical and climate superiority, so the athletes can training in the base all the year and all day long. Yunnan high altitude training base is the ideal base for athletes’training.It plays a important role in Chinese sports development.2.The training stadium, facilities and service in the base can meetthe need of the athletes, but compared with the world level training base,it still has a long way to go, hampered the development of the base. 3. Nowadays, established a traitning base that has scientific research of sports training, rehabilitation, nutrition and medical treatment has become a trend that every country look forward. In the same time, it is the developmet direction of Yunnan high altitude training base.4. Use the pecific geographical and climate superiority of Yunnan, established a "training-scientific research-restoration" and "high altitude-low altitude-sub plateau-highest altitude" international training base.5. With the China-ASEAN free trade economy area and the Strategic bridgehead, With national policy opportunities, develop Yunnan high altitude training base and it is Yunnan sports’big opportunity.
