Research Of Changchun Ageing Population Spatial Structure And Planning

The aging of population problem has become a global problem, ageingdevelopment strategy has been built into social and economic development strategyin various countries.At present China’s ageing research focuses on the non-spatialangle of economics, sociology and gerontology to examine the ageing phenomenon，reason, influence and countermeasure, etc， and the research on regionaldifferentiation and spatial structure isrelatively small.Study of ageing space, fullyunderstand the aging of the population spatial distribution and structural feature, willprovide effective reference basic data on the planning，management and socialservices，it has significant meaning for coping with ageing, as well as makse abeneficial exploration in the field of national planning ageing space structure.In this Paper based on the aid of the geographic information system (GIS) andspatial analysis technology we deal with the population data,and we use the methodof urban sociology and quantitative geography combined with population statisticsto research ageing spatial structure and its characteristics in the aging of changchuncity, and we explore and analysis it from the aspects of urban planning strategies. Onthe one hand, we provide a general conclusion on the aging spatial distribution andstructure of the changchun city from two aspects of dynamic and static, at the sametime,we built geographic information system model to analysis the ageing spacetype and forming reason. On the other hand, the ageing space structure of changchuncity is analyzed, and through the related analysis indicates that the factors affectingelderly population spatial distribution. on the basis of analysis In the above twoaspects we put forward some ideas of ageing response.First of all, according to the sixth census census datadata of changchun citypopulation we analyze the ageing current situation and aging characteristic from the trend differences, the location differences and the rural-urban differences. Bythe analysis we get that the distribution of elderly population in the Changchun cityis centralized, and because the growth of the elderly population, the concentration isin the slowly rising, the development of the order of severity of aging is relativelybalanced among all the districts, but aging problem is increasingly serious as awhole in Changchun.Second,we choose the typical indicators of the aging using the streets (town) asthe space unit in the planning area of changchun city,and we analyze it using fuzzyclustering model.From the analysis we can get that aging population spatialdistribution structure in Changchun,and we make a preliminary analysis on agingspatial structure characteristics and the forming reas.Finally, from the the following aspects: the city planning, elderly populationspatial distribution and the distribution of the corresponding facilities configuration,standards and specifications, aging service units building we put forward the methodto cope with the aging.We also put forward the following specific advice: thediversification of the new communities, the completion of the elderly welfarefacilities in the grass-roots community and the service guarantee system.
