Private Colleges In Jiangxi Province Teachers’ Competency Research

Today, private higher education has been pivotal in China’s higher educationsystem, an integral part of power. In recent years, the private higher education schoolsin jiangxi province and development achievements acknowledged, there has beenmarked progress in reform and innovation. However, there are still restricting thedevelopment of "yoke" and the "bottleneck", need to strive to seek the deep level andsubstantive breakthrough. Among them, the teacher as the effectives of privatecolleges and universities, and human resources, has important influence to thedevelopment of private higher education, and "competency" is the key factor play arole of teachers, promote the development. Therefore, the "competency" research,provide power for private higher education development and support.This thesis from the perspectives of human resources present situation, theaspects such as teachers’ quality and ability, to explore and research the teachercompetency model for private colleges in jiangxi province, teachers can applydifferent disciplines, grade, and post, actually applied to human resource managementand the ability to improve the quality of teachers, trying to form a "win-win" situationof teachers and post match. For this reason, this paper USES the way science,accurate method for private colleges and universities teachers’ competence to carryout the measure and research, believe in the reform of education system and relatedsupporting policies to promote, can further improve the internal and externalenvironment of private higher education, to improve the teaching level of privatecolleges and the management level, further accelerate the speed of promoting thedevelopment of private higher education better and faster. So, this paper adoptsliterature method, events, interviews, questionnaire survey method, etc., to run by thelocal university teachers competency research, explore the non-government universityteachers competency model building, and from the government, colleges anduniversities, teachers level private colleges in jiangxi province are given to cultivateteachers’ competency of Suggestions and countermeasures.
