In education lies a nation’s future, in teachers lies a nation’s education and in teachers’ professional ethic lies a nation’s teaching quality. Teacher is some kind of an engineer of human’s soul as well as the cornerstone of the spirit to all kinds of colleges and universities. Teacher’s professional ethic means moral rules and related personal qualities and principles that all teachers and other educators have to abide by during their process of educating. Enhancing teacher’s professional ethic is essential in this age because to educate our students appropriately to make them a qualified generation depends on not only how our teachers teach them basic knowledge, but also how to influence them with their own high personal qualities. Therefore, enhancing teacher’s professional ethic is so much important that it directly determines whether the nation’s education succeeds or not. Especially in private colleges and universities, enhancing teacher’s professional ethic, which can also does help in raising the comprehensive quality and improving the responsibility as well as rectifying the working attitudes of their teachers, is of great importance and has great influence on increasingly improving the whole school’s comprehensive strength as well as the development of the whole China’s higher education.The problems occurred in building teacher’s professional ethic in the private colleges and universities in Anhui province include:(1).no good communications during the different educators;(2).lack of innovations among the teachers;(3).lack of responsibility of the teachers and bad attitude;(4).lack career loyalty of the teachers;(5).lack of efficient evaluation of teacher’s professional ethic;(6).lack of enough training for the educators.Following these problems comes the analysis of the reasons which may include:(1).the founders’own problems;(2).no scientific administration system;(3).no standard of administration;(4).lack of supervising and supporting;(5).lack efficient directions of building teacher’s professional ethic;(6).no better salary or welfare conditions.Then there are some useful advices to deal with these problems:(1).the founders’ changing mind to pay attention to enhancing teacher’s professional ethic;(2).setting up scientific administration system;(3).resisting in teaching within system, and enhancing teachers’professional ethic;(4). optimizing the system of teachers’ recruitment, and improving the degree of harmony as well as creation impetus in this recruitment;(5).building a healthy academic atmosphere, and enhancing academic ethic.
