In this paper, through on-the-spot observation, interview, comparison and analysis methods, such as competitive sports schools in Beijing sports university weightlifting through analyzing the current and past preparation activities, training content and training load in the exercises as well as the training of related factors are described in detail. And comparison of the past and current preparation preparation activity characteristics, focusing on new action and traditional tensile action characteristics. The following conclusions:The following conclusions:The characteristics of the preparing activities and the current activities of the pastContent preparation, preparation activities include two parts: traditional stretching (collective), the traditional stretching (individual); The current preparation activities in the above two parts to add the new action. The load in preparation, the past time preparation for20minutes, the current preparations for30minutes, the athlete injury rates and performance, the current preparation activities compared with the past exercises, athlete injury rates decline; Performance improvement.The action structure, through comparing, dynamic stretching movements of new movements in the ratio is higher than conventional tensile action dynamic stretching; Lifting weights required for special parts of new movements in the drawing number higher than traditional drawing part number.combined with special degree, traditional stretching technique can remove the elastic stretching; Static stretching quantity can be reduced; Dynamic stretching more than for a single joint, local stretching. New action mainly systemic dynamic stretching, stretching part mainly lifting specific muscle groups as needed. So the new action than conventional tensile action more accord with special technology action characteristics. Combined with special degree aspect, the traditional stretching technique is mainly general stretch muscles and joints, can also be used in other project preparation activities. New action combined with special technical characteristics, embodies the special weight lifting project. So the combination of traditional stretching technique and special was significantly less than the combination of new action and special, design intent, new action and the combination of the traditional stretching technique can achieve better prepare activity practice effect, can effectively prevent the sports injury, at the same time for special stretching to prepare for the back of the formal training.
