| Research background: Injuries in competitive sports can seriously affect sports performance. After understanding the basic characteristics of athletes,pre-rehabilitation can give a more suitable training plan to avoid injury. The mechanism of shoulder joint injury is complicated and the recovery is slow. The purpose of this article is to study tennis sports shoulder joint injuries,to understand the causes, types, and specific characteristics of shoulder joint injuries, and to explore the practical application effects of shoulder joint rehabilitation training and the feasibility of pre-rehabilitation programs for athletes’ shoulder joint injuries. And provide a basis for pre-rehabilitation.Research method: This article takes the active tennis players of Jiangsu Province as the research object.Through the screening of shoulder joint pain and dysfunction index, they are divided into rehabilitation group(11 people),rehabilitation control group(10 people),and pre-rehabilitation group(8 people). And the pre-rehabilitation control group(8 people).First, perform Y-balance test and shoulder isokinetic muscle strength test for all athletes, and then perform 4-week intervention training for the rehabilitation group and pre-rehabilitation group, and perform the test again after the intervention.Research results: After the intervention in the rehabilitation group, there are significant differences in the SPADI index and Y-Balance test results. The peak torque has a tendency to increase, and the peak torque decreases with the increase of angular velocity. In the rehabilitation control group, the SPADI index tended to increase, the stability of the shoulder joint decreased, and the peak torque tended to decrease. After the intervention in the pre-rehabilitation group, there was no significant change in the SPADI index, the Y-Balance test result had a significant increase and the peak torque had a tendency to increase. In the pre-rehabilitation control group, the SPADI index did not change significantly after the intervention, and the Y-Balance test result did not increase significantly.Analysis conclusion:Rehabilitation training has a significant improvement effect on the function of athletes with shoulder joint injuries;the intervention effect of the pre-rehabilitation group did not show a significant difference. The reason for this result may be the short intervention time.Pre-rehabilitation intervention training can improve the functional condition of the shoulder joint, improve its muscle strength, stability, and flexibility, and has practical application value, which can be used as a part of daily training.Pre-rehabilitation training can maintain the functional state of the shoulder joint and balance the strength of the muscles around the shoulder joint. In physical training, the rapid strength development of the shoulder joint should be strengthened to improve the performance of special sports. |
