School is the cradle of juveniles reserve forces training, traditional project schools and sports school is the base of cultivating young athletes, with the development of the society, modern society to the overall quality of talent demand is higher and higher, the athlete’s cultural study and cultural quality put forward higher request, athletes with high level of motor skills at the same time more is required higher cultural accomplishment, can better based on the society, to adapt to the development of the society, the young athletes in our country in the aspect of cultural education general lack of systematic, scientific, caused the athlete’s lower cultural quality of the overall situation, the other as part of the school teenagers lack of scientific selection and training of athletes, many excellent sports talent can not get a better development and improve space, missed the best time for training to become a useful person. Young athletes training in learning and problem if not well solved, will seriously affect the quality and quantity of sports reserve talented person, also will inevitably affect the sustainable development of competitive sports in China. In order to solve this problem, this study using the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis method, logic method and other research methods, volleyball traditional project school of Henan province and body movement youth sports school volleyball athletes cultural learning and training present situation has carried on the detailed investigation and analysis, and put forward Suggestions, through investigation and analysis of the conclusion of this study is:1. The juvenile volleyball players in Henan province are mainly distributed in Zhengzhou as the center, the economic development better in northern area, the participation number good schools in sports schools, the insufficiency of student number. Overall better than traditional project sports school athletes in sports class athletes, and occupy obvious advantage in schools in the training of athletes. Sports school athletes China-Africa one-child proportion is larger, the school is on the one-child has greater appeal. 2. The fixed number of year of the youth volleyball coaches coaching training and education in Henan province well structure, in the selection and training of athletes still lack of certain scientific planning, paid great attention in treatment of athletes cultural learning.3. Culture learning and the school curriculum is relatively abundant, but relatively difficult, sports school curriculum is less, relatively simple. Students of the main pressure comes from culture enters a higher school learning and employment. Learning, more sufficient time to upload the school teaching environment conditions are relatively good. Understanding of learning, interest and attitude, good school athletes in sports school athletes.4. Adolescents in Henan province volleyball training common training funds inadequacy, single source, location equipment relatively humble, participating opportunity is less, the game level is not high seriously affect the development of the juvenile volleyball training.
