Xinjiang minority athletes has certain advantages in physical fitness project, especially teenagers have great advantages in height, physical fitness and so on, very suitable for tennis, but the Xinjiang tennis is still in the starting phase, minority youth tennis players the proportion of very small, so the study on how to play the Xinjiang national minority area advantage, attract minority youth participation in tennis, it is very necessary to promote the development of Xinjiang tennis talents.At present, research and training of Xinjiang tennis reserve talents is blank, not yet found in the literature, therefore, I hope through the present situation of Xinjiang tennis reserve talents in problem analysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, thus to improve the level of Xinjiang youth tennis.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, in2011,2012, to2013Xinjiang Youth Tennis Championships athletes, coaches as the object of study, the present situation of Xinjiang tennis reserve talents for further investigation and analysis, through the analysis of survey data, the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, the conclusion are as follows: The1Xinjiang tennis popularization degree is not high, the tennis reserve personnel quantity, a single nation, athletics level low. Countermeasures:increase the tennis population, improve the quality of training, improve the sports level, establish the system of athlete selection.The2Xinjiang tennis coaches reserve personnel number, business ability is not high, appointment system is not perfect, the proportion of single nationality. Countermeasures:training, selection, exchange strengthen coach, improve the teaching ability; standard coaches of the appointment system; strengthen training of minority tennis coaches.The3Xinjiang tennis reserve personnel training funds, the site is too small. Countermeasures:to attract social funds to invest more tennis reserve personnel training funds, accelerate the construction of training venues and training base, improve the mechanism to ensure training.The4Xinjiang tennis reserve talented person’s competition system is not perfect, the game is too small. Countermeasures:sound Juvenile Tennis Competition System, increase the number of games in different age.Single training model5Xinjiang tennis reserve talents, the athlete management system is not perfect.
