Study On The Cultivation Of Basketball Reserve Talents And Sustainable Development In Liaoning Province

The basketball in our nation has a broad mass basis and a certain extent of popularization. However, the level of athletic basketball in our nation has always had a gap with the high level teams from European and American countries. The short of mothball persons of the men's team, especially after some excellent players like Yao Ming and Li Nan retire, will be more obvious. The women's team hasn't gotten higher place after the silver medal winner of Olympics in 1992. The cultivation of a nation's basketball mothball persons can decide the basketball level of it. Only the cultivation of mothball persons is laid emphasis on, can the sustainable development of the basketball of the nation can come true. The countries which have higher basketball levels all have a series of not scientific but effective system to train and administer their mothball persons as well as their rich mass basis. For a long time, in our nation, the cultivation of mothball persons has always only paid attention to the training. While, the situation has changed so much in such a new period of time that we must analyze and solve the problems with the idea of sustainable development. The fact that the basketball in Liaoning province has advantage in our nation all the time shows that a certain effect has achieved in the cultivation of mothball persons. Meanwhile, it is more necessary for us to research and analyze the circumstances of the cultivation of mothball persons in Liaoning when the reforms of athletic sports are called for in order to adapt the socialist market economy system in our nation. During the process of analysis we can find out problems, try to find ways to deal with them, set up a sound foundation of cultivation of mothball persons so that our province can have richer resources, improve the level of the basketball in Liaoning province and deliver more excellent players to national team.In this study, application of literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other scientific methods to Liaoning Province, part of the sports schools, youth basketball amateur basketball traditional project courses and schools for the survey, from the young basketball players, coaches circumstances, the referee situation, youth basketball competition situation, the management system and training system and other aspects of research. The results show:coach education is generally low, single-source approach, the level of scientific training needs to be improved; athletes training mode is still "nationwide system," the main sources of a single athlete; athletes ignore the cultural emphasis on training to learn still serious; coaches, referees can not keep up the training of basketball development; coaches, athletes, competition exercise have fewer opportunities; athlete training and competition venues and facilities inadequate. This paper attempts to put forward countermeasures, such as back-up personnel training to broaden the channels, and strive to improve the level of coaching coaches.
