The deepening of education reform, teachers put forward higher requirements. Teachersmust continue to learn and practice, and strive to improve their own quality, in order to adaptto the new curriculum requirements. Therefore, research on the growth of professionalteachers has a very important practical significance.In recent years, bureau of education in Qiaoxi District of Shijiazhuang attaches greatimportance to teachers’ professional development in this area has taken a lot of measures toimprove the overall quality of teachers in the area, so that the overall educational level ofShijiazhuang Qiaoxi walk in the provinces, municipalities forefront. As a first-line teacher inQiaoxi District, the writer has a profound understanding towards the current educationalsituation in this region. This study intends to investigate on the basis of the status quo, tounderstand the professional growth of the overall state of the Chinese teachers in ShijiazhuangQiaoxi District middle school and the specific problems and issues raised for the practicalimprovement strategies.This study consists of three parts. The first part explains the study of language teachers’professional development background, and relevant research results are then put together. Themain ideas, the key and difficult points and the study methods are raised in this part. Thesecond part analyzes the language teachers’ professional development in ShijiazhuangShiqiao Western junior high. It covers their main problems and difficulties. The third partproposes to promote the language teacher’s development approaches and their strategies inShijiazhuang Shiqiao Western junior high school.
