The new curriculum reform requires students to be the core,and the teaching mode has changed from teacher-centered to student-centered.Meanwhile,it also has a great breakthrough and improvement in the teaching requirements of teachers,and pays more attention to the quality and quality of teachers.The reform of education methods and the implementation of new curriculum in senior high schools put forward higher requirements for teachers in senior high schools.Teachers' quality is the fundamental guarantee of reform,teacher professional development is a dynamic process of spiral,stimulate the vitality of teachers,promote the balanced allocation of teacher resources,update the teachers' teaching ideas and teaching ideas,to promote the education teaching reform research,upgrading the knowledge system,improve training efficiency,to make the teacher's professional development continues to be enhanced.In this paper,the research teacher growth of related literature at home and abroad,analysis and summary,to understand the mature the specific way of teacher professional development and in achieving growth,according to the theory of teacher professional development stage and secondary teachers growth theory,the Zhengzhou city E high school teacher has carried on the detailed investigation and study.This paper adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and factor analysis,and the survey objects are all the first-line high school teachers of E high school in Zhengzhou.The questionnaire survey is mainly divided into three aspects: the survey on the ways of teacher professional growth,the survey on the stagnation of teacher professional growth,and the survey on the influencing factors of teacher professional growth.After data recovery,SPSS software and Excel spreadsheet were used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire.After data analysis concluded that the high school teachers professional maturity of Zhengzhou city E is larger,the number of close to half,at the same time to teachers growth way after factor analysis,to extract the five main factors,respectively isreading writing,research,evaluation and lecture example research,teaching reflection,experts,and Zhengzhou city E high school teachers in the secondary growth on the road to mainly include five aspects: The reading writing fewer;The number of research projects is small;Lack of reflective quality in teaching;Case study points to a growth;Lack of expert guidance.The growth of professional mature teachers stagnated,and job burnout also gradually appeared.The factors affecting the secondary growth of professional mature teachers include: internal factors,external factors of schools and educational authorities.Finally,combined with the actual situation of E middle school,the paper puts forward some feasible measures to promote the secondary growth of teachers: Enhance teachers' reading and writing;Enhance the formation of reflective quality in teaching;Enhance the pertinence of case study;Enhance expert leadership.
