Our country has established the honorary title of special grade teacher for the outstanding primary and secondary school teachers,which is both advanced and professional.Today,the special grade teacher is not only a symbol of teachers' ability to teach,but also a symbol of the teaching level in their schools and regions.It is fully embodies the advanced and scientific nature of the special grade teachers.Since 1985,when the ides put forward every primary and secondary school teacher has begun to have a dream of becoming a special grade teacher.The issue of how to become a super teacher has also become a hot topic.The research object of this paper is the five batch of junior middle school Chinese Super teachers selected in Shandong Province since 2000.We used literature and interview to understand the professional growth track and experience of every batch of special teachers from whole to part.The first step is to understand the professional growth track and experience of each group of special teachers from the whole to the part.The second step is to analyze the internal and external factors affecting it as a special class teacher,and to sum up the rules through the method of data statistics and comparison.Finally,on the basis of this rule,it provides instructive suggestions for normal students,teachers,school administrators and educational administration departments.It is a long and tortuous process for an ordinary teacher to become a special grade teacher.This paper through the study of Shandong Province junior middle school Chinese teachers in the new century,through depth understanding for this special group,analysis of the impact of their growth factors teachers,summarize the valuable teaching experience and teaching theory.In addition,this paper proposed a certain extent to students,teachers,school administrators,education administration departments.In this way,we can solve the problem of how ordinary teachers grow into super teachers,and how schools and educational administration departments help ordinary teachers grow professionally.so that teachers and related departments can draw lessons from them,help more teachers to succeed and realize the practical value of this paper.
