| The occupational life of Chinese teachers in junior high school is closely attached to occupational development and accomplishment.It is not only the request of the progress of the era,but also the implementation of the new curriculum reform and curriculum higher standard.Under the new historical period,the society,schools and teachers pay special attetion to the occupational development of Chinese teachers.This research adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and observation method,taking 225 Guangzhou Haizhu District junior middle school Chinese teachers as objects,investigated the status of Haizhu District junior middle school Chinese teachers’ occupational life,to find out the four major factors influencing the present situation of junior high school Chinese teachers’ occupational life in Guangzhou Haizhu District,and puts forward four suggestions to improve the junior high school Chinese teachers’ occupational life in Haizhu District,Guangzhou.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The occupational life of junior high school Chinese teachers in Haizhu District is made up of three parts.They are learning,thinking and teaching.However,the only thing people usually do is just teaching.2.The difference of the teachers’ ages,teaching periods and the school grades lead to Chinese teachers’ significant difference of quality in the aspect of teaching in Haizhu district.3.The department in charge of educaton,the recognition and support of the school,social evaluation and teacher accessment and the differences of students is affected the main influence of Chinese teachers’ occupational life level.4.There are 5 points of Guangzhou Haizhu District junior middle school Chinese teachers’ occupational life status :(1)Because of the school and teachers’ own factors,the teachers are busy,the teaching task is heavy,the time of professional life is not enough and the energy is insufficient.(2)The recognition of the society and occupational accessment is unreasonable cauce the teacher lack of motivation to achieve the highter qulification;(3)The development of economy,various ethos of erosion of commercial society and the pursuit of teachers’ subjective deviation,which will hinder the improvement of the standard of teachers’ occupational life.(4)The educational department and schools lack of overall carrier develoment planning,effective guidance,and the training for the teacher for the teacher.(5)Teachers’ occupational development consciousness is not planning for their career implementation.Based on the above viewing,this study puts forward four suggestions to improve the status of Chinese teachers’ occupational develoment in Junior high school in Guangzhou,Haizhu District:1.Government and department in charge of education should reduce the burden for teachers,improve teachers’ compesation and benifit.2.Perfect occupational qulification appraisal and evaluation mechanism.3.Strengthen the organizational management,to improve teachers’ professional quality of life in daily education organizational managemen.4.Strengthen the propaganda and guidance,make teachers to improve their occupational quality of consciousness. |
