| Since China’s reform and openness, great changes have taken place in the socialenvironment in China along with the continuous development of economic globalization andinformation network. And the moral values of contemporary college students have undergoneprofound changes. The phenomenon of moral decline occurs when some students seekingprogress at the same time, which brings a lot of problems and difficulties for the developmentof college students’ moral education. In recent years, the universities in our country strengthencollege students’ moral education, which has played an important role to improve collegestudents’ moral ability, promote the development of a harmonious campus and the constructionof social spiritual civilization. However, facing the new situation and new situation, thecollege students’ moral education works in our country exist some problems in the educationobjective, education content, education method and so on, which influence the actual effect ofmoral education. Therefore, the college students’ moral education must be reformed and thereasonable moral education pattern must be constructed. The reform of the college students’moral education is a systematic project, which should be done by not only finding abreakthrough of college students’ moral education itself, but also learning from the excellentresources of Chinese traditional culture.The pre-qin Confucian moral thought is an important part of excellent Chinese traditionalculture. It has a great role in promoting the development of moral education of the collegesand universities in China, and has a positive influence on the formation of college students’moral quality. Based on the theory of human nature, the pre-qin Confucian propose the moralthought of "benevolence view","righteousness and benefit view","etiquette view","honestyview","personality view", as well as the emphases on the moral education, the implementationmethods of the moral education, and the cultivation of one’s morality, which meet the demandsof the contemporary moral education, and are worth to be used in the moral education reformof college students.According to the current problems of college students’ moral education in China, newthoughts for college students’ moral education should be explored by learning the essence of pre-qin Confucian moral thought and the combining site should be found, which enhance theimplement of managing school by the morality, educating students by the morality, andcultivating oneself by the morality, in order to improve the actual effect and the developmentof college students’ moral education. |
