Research Of Confucian Ideal Personality Thought Infuse Into Contemporary College Students’ Moral Education

Generally,ideal personality refers to the perfect personality model advocated by a certain society or class,which is the spiritual state that people yearn to reach.As the highest paradigm of certain social moral requirements and moral ideals,ideal personality embodies a kind of value pursuit and has a powerful influence.The ideal personality of Confucianism contains two kinds of state,which are "gentleman" and "sage",and its connotation all reflects the unity of "benevolence" and "propriety","natural" and "human","knowledge" and "action",which shines brilliantly in the long history of Chinese traditional culture.Under the background of the growing economic development and the cultural diversity in our country,college students as the mainstay of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,facing the negative effects of profit maximization under Market Economy and the bad culture comes from Cultural Integration and Conflict,their status of moral development and moral reality demand becomes the important issue worthy of attention and consideration.In view of the dilemma faced by the moral education of college students,this research combines the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation,conducts interviews with teachers from X and Y universities and analyzes the status quo of moral education of contemporary college students on the basis of the interview results.At the same time,we based on the Moral Education class,the social moral environment and the moral quality of college students,discover that college students’ moral education exist in: moral education work not fits with the characteristics of contemporary college students’ development very well,the conflict between moral education in university and the negative social moral environment,the resource utilization rate of moral education earn to improve,college students’ moral self-discipline weaken.To these problems,we from four aspects,analysis out the specific reason for difficulties in college students’ moral education one-to-one.In the new era,in order to defuse the existing problems of college students’ moral education,practice the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation and promote the further development of contemporary college students’ moral education,making them become the talents which in line with the requirements of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should seek ideas,wisdom and strength from the excellent traditional Chinese culture.With its distinctive feature and rich content,the Confucian ideal personality provides a good reference and inspiration for colleges and universities to cultivate the moral personality of college students,improve their moral realm and build their moral consensus.In this research,we began with the dilemma of college students’ moral education,digging the Confucian ideal personality thoughts and targeted put the Confucian ideal personality into the contemporary college students’ moral education theory,method,environment and carrier,making the past serve the present,in inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture as well as the contemporary college students’ moral education work.
