As the college enrollment expanses, more rural college students have future study in universities, however, because of the change of the demand-supply relation of the employment market and other reasons, such as social capital, more and more rural college students retune to their home village to work, rural integration of college students who come to home to work has already aroused great concern in the community. As a form of population mobility, the college students who return to home to work transfer from rural area to city to rural area again. Although they start form the rural area, and then come back to village finally, they changed greatly in ideology, living habit and interpersonal conventions after several years of city life, when they come to work in rural areas, and they face the rural community that has changed a lot, so they need to integrate into the rural society inevitably.As a highly educated social group, whether the college students who return to home to work can integrate into rural area has great significance for the rural community and the college students themselves. As for the rural society, the college students who return to home to work bring high-quality talents that urgently need for the rural community, which has irreplaceable role in accelerating the development of economy and society in rural areas to narrow the wealth gab between rural and urban areas and break the obsolete social morality of rural areas; as for college students who return to home to work, this has a positive influence on personal career development and family harmony. On the contrary, if the college students who return to home to work can’t integrate into the rural society successfully, this can not only waste human resource and educational resources, but also can be the potential factor which can disrupt the harmony and stability of rural society. In order to understand the level of integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work, the paper takes the college students who return to home to work in economic development zone of B county as the object of study and exchanges to the college students who return to home to work with empirical sociological research method, such as case interview to collects data about the integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work. This paper also collects opinions of related groups, such as governors, owners of enterprises, on the integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work. Based on the summarized and analyzed data, this paper analyzes the integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work from economy integration, society integration, identity and ego-cognitive psychology. This paper analyses the advantages and obstacles of the integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work in economic development zone in B County with related sociological theories, such as social capital, social role, and push and pull theory and social mobility. Finally, according to the advantages and obstacles, this paper puts up forwards suggestions about the integration into the building of rural community of the college students who return to home to work in economic development zone in B County.Nowadays, the study of social integration of the academic community focuses on the floating population and socially disadvantaged group, judging social integration can be divided into two-dimension model, three-dimension model and four-dimension model. In terms of the research of the integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work in economic development zone in B County, this paper applies the most widely used four-dimension model. Though the study of economy integration, society integration, identity and ego-cognition of the college students who return to home to work, this paper finds college students who return to home to work in economic development zone in B County can integrate into the rural community basically; but some subjects don’t have a strong sense of belonging and also have difficulties in social communication. According to the environment for economic performance in rural areas and development space of the college students who return to home to work, this paper analyzes that the advantages of the integration into rural community of the college students who return to home to work include the economic support of our county and the local government for college students from rural areas, social transformation makes the acquisition of jobs easy, at the same time, the college students who return to home to work have comparative advantages of being familiar with the rural areas and human capital.However, the college students who return to home to work integrating into the rural society is not smooth, social support network needed to be rebuilt, there are difficulties in upward mobility, meanwhile, problems, such as how to cope with rural cultural tradition that they were no longer fit for, marriage, puzzles the college students who return to home to work. The college students who return to home to work need to make great efforts to integrate into the rural community better with the local government, enterprises and the college students who return to home to work themselves. The local government should create a good policy environment for the college students, who return to home to work and improve supportive policy of returning to home to work, guide positively the college students who return to home to integrate into the local society to establish social undertakings and offer support for university students of difficulties; the local enterprises can play a role in creating more job opportunities, improving mechanism of fair competition, coordinating with social workers to do good job in psychological counseling for the college students who return to home to avoid role conflict; meanwhile, the college students who return to home should pay attention to professional quality training, expand the social capital, widen the social support network and integrate into the rural community actively.The limit of this paper is that this paper takes the college students, who return to home to work in economic development zone in B County as objects, the available objects of study are limited, compared with other regions, the local rural community has its own particularity. This paper has innovative significance for the establishment of social undertakings, introducing the social workers to solve the problems of the social integration of the college students who return to home.
