Chinese private college is fully operated under market competition. Whether the student, as product of private college, can satisfy market requirements and gain advantages in employment competition will directly influence the reputation and impression of the college. Further, it will determine the live or death of the college. Hence the core competition of private college has become more and more focused on the character and quality of education.This thesis takes Shenyang International Institute of Science and Technology, a member of Chinese private college, as an example, based on theory of career training and education, systematically study the key factors that influence student cultivation, such as training contents and methods. Through in-depth analysis of current status of Shenyang International Institute of Science and Technology,, a new student cultivation plan for Shenyang International Institute of Science and Technology is created utilizing knowledge learned in MBA courses. A systematic plan is designed to include student cultivation goal, theory, culture, professional field and class schedule. Implementation steps are also provided to ensure the effectiveness and success of this plan. |
