The vocational college teacher training system from the perspective of career development refers to a complete set of system for the training and management of teachers,in order to promote career development,and to use training methods and methods aimed at achieving goals by the government and the social parties in order to promote career development after the career goal is established.Higher vocational teachers need to receive different training in their career development.The combination of training system and professional career management will help to promote teachers' skills and career development,help teachers to improve their professional ability,help them achieve career development,and finally make them competent,thus promoting the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,this paper takes the teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanghai as the research object,and evaluates and optimizes the training system of higher vocational teachers.The research content of this paper can be divided into six chapters: the first chapter,the introduction,mainly on the background and significance of this study,research objectives and content,research ideas and methods to elaborate,and review and review the literature at home and abroad.Finally,theinnovations and shortcomings of this research are also presented.The second chapter,related concepts and theoretical analysis,mainly covers two sections: first,the definition of related concepts,including career,career management and training system;two is a review of related theories,including career management theory,human capital theory.In the third chapter,the present situation and actual needs of teachers' training in Shanghai higher vocational colleges are analyzed.The status and requirements of teachers' training in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanghai are analyzed by questionnaires and interviews.The fourth chapter,the supply of teacher training in higher vocational colleges,mainly from the position of higher vocational teacher training,higher vocational teacher training process system does not adapt to the characteristics of teachers' career,higher vocational teacher training support system is not conducive to the development of teachers' career development.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of Higher Vocational Teachers' feasibility training based on career management.This paper mainly analyzes the three aspects of the training concept,reconstructing the training process system adapting to the career development of teachers,and improving the training support system for the career development of higher vocational teachers.The sixth chapter,concluding remarks,is mainly about the conclusion of this paper.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)in the domestic and foreign research,most of the literature is carried out separately in the study of training and career management,and only a few of the selected subjects are migrant workers in China,and there are few training problems based on the career perspective of the higher vocational teachers.Research,(2)through the investigation,it is found that the content,form,time and effect evaluation of higher vocational training can not meet the professional career development needs of highervocational teachers.(3)higher vocational teachers have the most strong demand for training in their career growth stage,with the development of their career,this need is necessary.The demand is gradually decreasing;(4)the factors affecting the training requirements of higher vocational teachers mainly include the environmental factors such as school,system and training,teaching age,age,salary,job title,educational background,post,sex,certificate and so on.(5)the training face of Higher Vocational Teachers is facing the change of training orientation and the training process.The problem of system transformation,support system sound problems;(6)in view of the problems found,the relevant countermeasures are put forward: first,set up the training concept under the guidance of career management,including the organization should set up the concept of Vocational Teachers' professional development of higher vocational teachers,the consciousness of vocational career planning for higher vocational teachers;and two,The training process system adapts to the career development of higher vocational teachers,which includes satisfying the requirements,forms,time and effect evaluation of career development.Three,to improve the vocational training support system for vocational teachers,including the guarantee of organization,mechanism and environment atmosphere.
