Management Study Of College Students Employment Guidance

In terms of the rapidly development of economy and dramatic changes in the relationship between supply and demand, the issue of employment of university students has become one of the hottest issues of social concern.As far as I concerned, project management has became a hotspot theory in community application, it also has been proved efficiently to help us solve the management problems and break through the bottlenecks by scientific researches and practices.It is possible to use project management concepts in undergraduates’career planning through consolidating the logic reasoning analysis skills and methodologies of project management. We can consider career planning as a project to manage then we can achieve our goal by conducting the theory of project management.In this paper, we will sum up the basic theories and application results of the project management in students’ career planning through the analysis of domestic and foreign countries student career planning status. We will also deduce the necessity and feasibility of career planning in project management and discuss how to improve the project process procedures to increase the efficiency of our career plan guidance in this article. Identification of stakeholders, clear project goals, formulate management plan in the project startup and planning process. Also we discuss the resources preparation and standard construction in the process of the implementation. The points contains cost control, progress control, quality control and risk control in the process of monitoring. Finally we will put forward our suggestions and recommendations for improvement by studying the case of2013job fair application of Zijin College of NUST.
