In recent years, along with the age of the Internet and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the rapid development of national education and training institutions, private education training institutions more and more added to the education and training market competition, intense competition intensifies determines the marketing has become the core competitiveness of enterprise development. Develop and implement marketing strategy has become an effective measure for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, so the research on the marketing strategy is very important.YF Education Consulting Co. Ltd. is a professional education and training institutions, products related to accounting qualification certificate, the computer grade certificate training, certificate of tour guide training, postgraduate training, which accounting qualification certificate and certificate of tour guide in the province was very influential. This article from the current marketing situation of YF Education Consulting Co.Ltd. as the starting point, combined with the analysis of the education and training industry competition environment, using the service marketing theory of7PS comprehensive evaluation of YF Education Consulting Co.Ltd. marketing strategy, found the problems in marketing strategy, and according to the existing problems and proposes the suggestions for improvement and implementation plan. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background, significance, research methods and ideas; analyze the marketing situation and environment of the second chapter of the YF company, and the company’s competitiveness in the industry are compared; the third chapter uses7PS theory to analyze the marketing strategy of YF company existing and put forward the question; the fourth chapter proposed problems provide improvement opinions for reference; the fifth chapter puts forward the implementation scheme of the marketing strategy; finally, in the conclusion part of the whole paper is summarized.The topics of the purpose is to make clear the development train of thought of YF Education Consulting Co. Ltd. is better, and to the theoretical guidance for its marketing strategy, promote the development of enterprises better in the highly competitive market environment. At the same time, take YF company as the research object of the marketing strategy, explore the education and training industry how to adopt a diversified marketing strategy in the age of the Internet, and provide the reference for the education and training industry marketing strategy choice.
