The Beijing Municipal Education Commission put the launch ceremony of Juvenilefootball popularize education activity at Tsinghua University Primary School (hereafterreferred as Tsinghua Primary School). The theme song of this activity is I love Sportswhich is made by a famous music producer Ye Shengtao. Pupils in Tsinghua primaryschool and a famous singer Alpha sing this song together. Based on the existingexperiences of aerobics, development of physiological and psychological of pupils’special stage, John Ma of Tsinghua Primary School used promoting Juvenile footballpopularize education activity as an opportunity created a set of aerobics which are moreconducive to the physical and mental development of primary school students, and thename of the aerobics is “I love sports”. The combination of school football and aerobicscan guide the development of school sports in an all-around way, making sure that everystudent in school can participate in activities and enjoy sports. Putting the carry out ofschool sports as the starting point and on the basis of improvement of students’ physicalquality, our aim is to realize the cultivation of students, making them be healthy, livelyand enjoying sports.The object of this study is based on the creation and implementation of AerobicsProgram—I Love Sports at Tsinghua primary school. I made a comprehensive andobjective study on the creation and implementation of aerobics program—I Love Sportsat Tsinghua primary school by using literature, questionnaires, interviews, field visits,mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods. This research isbenefit to the creation of theory and completion of practice of aerobics in Tsinghuaprimary school, and it can provide certain theory basis and referenced value for furtherreform and innovation.Conclusions:1. Choreograph of Aerobics—I love sports is in the form of the concept ofsetting-up exercise, sports, music selection, student interests as the basis of its programs.2. The creation of aerobics—I love sports followed principle of targeted,comprehensive characteristic, action design sequence, a suitable amount and unity ofmovement and music.3. School leadership attaches great importance to the development of the aerobics—I love sports, sports teachers in Tsinghua Primary School show high participation inthis program at the same time. Furthermore, the place and equipment provided by schoolcan fulfill the need of teaching of aerobics—I love sports. 4. Teachers equipped by the aerobics of “I love sports” having rich teachingexperience, diverse teaching methods of complete actions,high teaching level and avariety use of teaching methods and they can teach students according to their aptitude,which greatly improves the students’learning efficiency.5. Aerobics of “I love sports” was made by John Ma in lab of Tsinghua PrimarySchool, which fits pupils and can provide them with comprehensive exercises.6.Aerobics of “I love sports” can produce positive effect to students’physical health,diseases prevention and improvement of healthy condition.7. Aerobics of “I love sports” has a huge influence on students’ psychological andphysical exercise habits.
