At present,the physical health of young children has been raised to a certain height,and it has also received unprecedented attention.Physical health education for young children is the initial stage of people's physical health education.It is the time to lay the foundation for the quality of physical fitness in the future,and it is also an important stage for cultivating lifelong physical education awareness.Therefore,It is very important and necessary to cultivate young children's sports interests and develop healthy activities through sports activities during kindergarten.Kindergartens in Mudanjiang City are mainly constrained by conditions such as climate,weather,and environmental pollution in the development of sports activities,as well as venues and equipment caused by uneven economic development.Therefore,the time for young children's sports activities is not sufficient.Because of the above problems,it is very important to promote indoor sports activities in kindergarten and improve the level of children's health effectively.The main purpose of selecting this topic is to develop a reasonable indoor sports performance evaluation system through a certain number of field visits and studies,and to use the system to repeatedly adjust and correct the content of indoor sports activities.Thus,it reflects the influence factors of indoor sports activities in kindergartens and provides some countermeasures.The significance lies in the ability to enhance the professional knowledge and organizational ability of kindergarten teachers in the process of evaluation system guidance,promote the collaborative education of parents and kindergartens,improve the venue for indoor sports activities,and finally achieve the effect of promoting the development of young children's physical and mental health.At the same time,through the repeated inspection and feedback of the evaluation system,teachers can continuously innovate and improve on the creation of content materials and the ability to organize activities.This topic uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to randomly select 4 kindergartens(3 experimental groups)in Mudanjiang area.1 For the control group,the study and the creation of content materials for indoor sports activities were conducted.Through the guidance of the evaluation system,two sets of data were collected before and after the experiment,and the resulting data were counted and analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Through the study of the effect of creating and implementing materials for indoor sports activities in kindergartens,it can improve the effectiveness of indoor sports activities and make up for the insufficient phenomenon of outdoor sports activities.(2)After the creation of content materials for indoor sports activities in kindergartens,problems such as insufficient indoor venues,single activity content,old equipment,and lack of rationality in organizational forms were solved.(3)The creation of content materials for indoor sports activities in kindergartens has indirectly changed the teaching concepts and methods of kindergarten teachers,increased parental participation has promoted home-school cooperation and joint education,and has enhanced the interest of young children in participating in sports activities.(4)The implementation evaluation system of indoor sports activities in kindergartens constructed by Delphi method can guide the creation and placement of content materials and improve the ability of young children in the field of health.
