Read a lot of literature about happy sports and physical education model,summarized happy sports theory in the development of our country, and find someproblems like the meaning of the happy is misunderstanding, the practicality is not verywell, and the PE teaching mode exists many problems. Although it has many namesabout their classify but most of them are inaccurate, it hasn’t strong basic theory abouttheir constructions, and all of the problems lead to many difficulties in the practice andso on. To solve the above problems, and it just why this paper is written.To find thereason why happy sport theory failed to play an effectively part into the P.E teachingpractice, try to reshape the happy sports theory, to build happy PE teaching mode withthe combination of scientific theory, and do some teaching experiments in order toachieve the meaning of the happy sport theory in practice.After learning theories of build PE teaching mode, this paper will build happyphysical teaching mode from five aspects: the theoretical basis, implementation ofobjectives, teaching content, teaching process and teaching evaluation. The happyphysical teaching mode concludes five species, named "get skills,""enhance physicalfitness","found the problem,""target learning","personality development". Each ofthem be built with scientific theories like happy sports theory,"find the problems" inteaching field,"the recent development area","the self-fulfilling prophecy effects" andother related theories. In addition, each of the teaching mode gives detailed aspects ofteaching steps as a reference, including teaching methods, teaching procedures and flowcharts, case design and other specific teaching specific content, to ensure a higherpractice teaching model applied. In the design and analysis of aspects of teaching cases,build a model based on the prototype, simulate a classroom teaching practice, problemsand shortcomings in the development of a simulation model of the prototype, and thento revise and improve the prototype mode, finalized model framework, through thetheory and practice of repeated scrutiny verified to ensure scientific and feasible model.The last part of each teaching mode corresponding teaching evaluation system, in orderto verify the actual implementation of the results.Happy PE teaching mode constructed this paper, focusing on the subjectivity of students, arguing that teachers should organized efficiency in teaching, eliminate thephenomenon that say the students is the first in class blindly. Pay attention on the sportsawareness education through the healthy cycle theory teaching by Professor MaoZhenming, allow students to have a macro awareness of the process of life and health,recognizing that there is a close relationship between sport and life. In addition, thelifetime sports is the fundamental purpose and ultimate goal of this paper.Through practice the teaching mode this paper constructed, enabling school sportsplay their own mission to provide the stage that students can do sports, and at the sametime to teach students to exercise also. After this students develop their exercise habits,and love sports from their deep heart. Schools can as a platform to play charismatic ofsports, and training social builders have lifelong exercise habits.In summary, this paper in order to solve the existing problem of happy PEteaching mode as a starting point, construct a series of happy PE teaching mode that hassolid theoretical foundation, strong science, clear and complete architecture, simple andpractical operation. It is an important bridge to put happy sports theory into practiceteaching. Looking at the international, happy sports theory is one of the importantguiding theory in school PE teaching. In order to improve the quality of PE, to educatemore comprehensive social talents, to meet the request that social ask to schooleducation. They should be allowed playing an important character in the deepwater areaof China’s reform of education.
