This research based on the theories of Happy Sport and arget-Learning experimented on the students belonging to a certain vocational school in Fuzhou in 2012 to probe the Happy-Sport and Target-Learning Teaching Mode in the leaping-high-jump on track and field. With the research methods, such as literature data, questionnaires, teaching experiments, and mathematical statistics, combining with the teaching practice,the research indicated that:1) The Happy-Sport and Target-Learning Teaching Mode is more advanced than traditional teaching modes in the leaping-high-jump on track and field.2) The experiment and control groups demonstrated significant difference in physical fitness (P<0.05), and the extremely conspicuous difference in jump performance and technology mastery (P<0.01). Obviously, the experiment group’s result surpassed the control group’s3) The Happy-Sport and Target-Learning Teaching Mode in the leaping-high-jump on track and field promotes students’enthusiasm and interest effectively and change their attitude in learning; and it has functions on the implicit effects, such as social skills, teamwork ability, and explore ability, enhancing students’ social adaptability. |
