| With the new curriculum reform and the implementation of the new curriculum standard, curriculum objectives include the knowledge and ability, process and method, emotion attitude and values, is no longer the traditional single repeat master the knowledge and skills of the target. This needs to learn the traditional and modern teaching mode advantage, abandon the improper teaching mode, the teaching goal completed today. The happy physical teaching model refers to the movement as the basic means, adopting appropriate teaching methods, improve the students physical fitness, enables the student to obtain a sports teaching mode of rational joyful experience. Using through the fun sports teaching pattern in to enable the students to improve aerobics interest, providing a reference for promoting the middle school aerobics.In this paper, through the methods of documentation, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method, observation method and so on, and the combination of Aerobics project characteristics and current aerobics teaching characteristics, two classes of junior middle school students in grade twenty-ninth of Nanjing city as the object of study, a period of 9 weeks (2 sessions per week) the teaching experiment, using the contrast experiment teaching mode of happy physical education teaching model and traditional physical education, draws the following conclusion:(1) happy sports teaching mode in calisthenics teaching process, teachers according to students’ age characteristics and physiological and psychological characteristics, choose the suitable teaching content, teaching method and teaching process, make the students’ full participation in class and experience, improve the learning initiative, stimulate students’ interest in learning in aerobics.(2) happy sports teaching mode in calisthenics teaching process, teachers pay attention to the exchanges and cooperation between students and teachers, respect students, and in the form of a team to participate in the activities of a challenging project, is helpful to improve the student’s ability of peer acceptance.(3) happy sports teaching pattern in the middle school aerobics teaching process, through the study of warm-up, games, aerobics basic movements such as content, flexible quality aspect to the student, the two groups there is no significant difference, in aerobics teaching, also need to add the practice of related quality, more conducive to the improvement of students’ body quality.(4) happy sports teaching mode in calisthenics in the process of technological learning, follow the step-by-step teaching principle, adopt from easy to difficult way of learning, at the same time, pay attention to students’ emotional experience, is a student in the "learning", "high school", beneficial to the improvement of the comprehensive performance and skills. |
