The employment of college students is vital to self survival and development of many college grandaunts and it is in the interest of millions of households. College students’ employment also directly affects the sustainability of a country’s economic development, social stability and harmony. Thus, governments should attach great importance to entrepreneurship policies. In recent years, due to the increasing number of graduates, finding employment is increasingly becoming a serious problem for college students. Governments therefore should advocate for college students’ entrepreneurship whereby, college students can easily venture into to not only solve the employment problem of college students, but also as an avenue for creating more job opportunities for the society. Studies in entrepreneurship policies suggest that college students lack the enthusiasm to venture in entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, the government should play a leading role in guiding and encouraging college students to become entrepreneurs by developing a sound entrepreneurship policy system.Entrepreneurial intention is believed the best variable to predicting entrepreneurship. But after reviewing literature, this article found that, few of the past studies tested the relationship between entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention of college students are rare. In a handful of studies focusing on relationship between the entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention, most of them basically discussed the direct relationship between them. Very few research analyzed the path that policy influence the entrepreneurial intention. Based on the Model of Entrepreneurial Event, this article introduces two intermediary variables:perceived expectations and perceived feasibility, researches the process of entrepreneurship policy how to affect college students’ entrepreneurial intention, and internal mechanism.This article mainly includes the following content:the first part is the introduction of the article. In the second part, after reviewing the related literature at home and abroad, this study summarizes the research of entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention as well as sort of logical relationships between the variables. This provides a theoretical foundation for the establishment of theoretical model and the proposed of theoretical hypothesis. The third and fourth part of this article, based on the theory, this study constructed the theoretical model, and put forward the research hypothesis. And through entrepreneurship policy, perceived expectations, perceived feasibility and entrepreneurial intention related maturity scales, this paper designed the questionnaire. Through conduct research on college students, a total of178valid questionnaires were collected. In the fifth part of this article, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was tested, and the resulting data were descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance, correlation and linear regression analysis. This research employed descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis on the collected data to draw the following conclusions:(1) the governments’ entrepreneurship policy has significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students.(2) perceived expectations have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial intention of college students.(3) perceived feasibility have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial intention of college students.(4) there is a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurship policy perception and expectation.(5) there is a significant positive correlation with the perception of the feasibility of entrepreneurship policy.(6) perceived expectations on the relationship between entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention plays intermediary role.(7) the perceived feasibility on the relationship between entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention plays intermediary role. In the sixth part of this article, the conclusions of this study are discussed and the limitations of research study and enlightenment are proposed.
