Cross-border competition among enterprises and industry convergence phenomenon increased while the development of economic globalization and learning society. This phenomenon resulted in the change of the external and internal environment change. Companies need to constantly take measures to change the organization to adapt to changes in the economic environment. It is critical to solve the problem of the working pressure. This thesis aims to clarify how to manage work stress for employees and produce positive working pressure during organizational change.This thesis refers to a variable learning opportunities to explain the formation of positive working pressure based on the perspective of positive organizational behavior. This paper consists of five parts, and the main contents are as follows:Chapter1, the introduction. It introduces the backdrop and meaning of this thesis. The research content, texture and the probable innovation point are expressed.Chapter2, the literature review. It elaborates the concept, research status and review of job resources, learning opportunities and positive working pressure. It also studies the relationship of job resources, learning opportunities and positive working pressure.Chapter3, the research design. This thesis define the study variables and propose the hypotheses and theoretical model. Then it chose samples to collect the data.Chapter4, data analysis. This thesis do the analysis using the SPSS19.0statistical software, including validity and reliability,,differential analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the mediating effect to verify the assumptions and models. This thesis studies the influences of job control on positive working pressure. It also studies the effect of learning opportunities both on job resources and positive working pressure.Chapter5, research conclusions and suggestions. Summarize the main conclusions of this thesis, give suggestions and make outlook.Through empirical analysis, this thesis mainly draws the following six conclusions:(1) Job resources have a significant positive effect on positive working pressure;(2) Job resources have a significant positive effect on learning opportunities;(3) Learning opportunities have a significant positive effect on positive working pressure;(4) learning opportunities play a moderating role between job resources and eustress.There are two innovation points:First, learning opportunities is useful to study the positive working pressure, we can not only consider the structure of organization but also consider the employee behavior that caused effect of the organizational change. Second, this thesis is based on Chinese context.There are two limitations:First, this thesis using Cross-sectional study instead of longitudinal study. Many factors influence the positive working pressure. The method has limitations. Second, the lack of sample and the limitation of research methods. The representative of sample need to be considered even though it include different types of enterprise. Only use questionnaires to do research.
