In modern society,the influence of pressure has become a fundamental problem of human existence prominent problems in the field of work pressure,also along with the progress of the society grow with each passing day.In recent years,the Chinese government on education key support,university research funding increased,the development of colleges and universities change rapidly,at the same time,the problem of financial management in colleges and universities is also facing difficulties and challenges once new,many point to the financial staff own ability and quality,causes little attention deeper problems:financial personnel in colleges and universities work pressure.The results show that moderate working pressure makes people in a healthy state,can promote human endeavor,but excessive.As the pressure brings negative effects,including the performance level decreased and human health damage.Multiple sources of work pressure on financial personnel diversity,work pressure,can not only improve the efficiency and quality of accounting work,but also affects the financial personnel of physical and mental health is not conducive to a series of financial staff of Colleges and universities to experience the pressure of work,both in breadth and depth,are much more than ever before.Under this background,this paper use normative research method,study on related problems of the financial staff working pressure and management based on the existing pressure theory.Firstly,analyzing the domestic existing research literature,expounds the definition and classification of constant pressure and working pressure,working pressure of the listed model,at the same time based on the introduction of our country's university financial characteristics and content,taking X University as an example,according to the existing conclusion pressure theory,combined with the actual situation of x University,citing examples and data,in-depth analysis of the main sources of work pressure of financial staff of colleges and universities,including the work load,performance appraisal,occupation development,interpersonal relationship Department of family factors,then,for the negative effects of job stress,job stress and job performance,the financial staff working attitude,occupation burnout,the relationship between the four aspects of health,finally,separately from the organization level and individual level,proposed specific management strategies on the working pressure.
