Research On The College Logistics Service Based On The Care Theory Of Nel Noddings

Nel Noddings’care theory is a kind of international significant education thoughts, it revolves around the theme of educating students learn to care about the whole field of education reform puts forward constructive ideas.Concerned theory to guide the logistics education in colleges and universities, not only offers a new method for logistics education also to use and develop care theory provides the enlightenment.In this paper, based on the investigation of the related literature at home and abroad, based on Nel Noddings’care theory, with many universities students in Dalian as the research object, with the method of questionnaire survey, has carried on the empirical research about the present situation of logistics education in universities. Results show that the logistics of colleges and universities still have the good service environment, along with the gradually thorough, the reform of college logistics socialization in university logistics has worked by the start of welfare department gradually transformed into real estate department now, from a closed system gradually turned into open system nowadays, but the logistics of colleges and universities still exist the logistics staff quality is low, logistics service conditions, level is not high, poor students in universities logistics phenomenon such as bias. In this paper, using the four dimensions of Nel Noddings" care theory, example, dialogue, practice and recognition through analyzing logistics service in universities, puts forward the effective countermeasure, to form a culture of logistics relying on the university campus, the natural in the spirit of education students learn to care about is blended in among them, exert a subtle influence on students’outlook on life, values, world view, a beneficial impact.This topic research is conducive to deepening of logistics in universities, not only can enrich the background of logistics culture, it is more important to make the care theory and closely joint logistics education, better play to the service of logistics workers ability, make students learn to care about in the exert a subtle influence on environment, improve the level of student’s thought, enlarge the influence of logistics culture, cultivate the students’ multiple intelligences, cultivate moral sentiment at the same time help to other fields of knowledge comprehension and the bypass, which concerned with the study of the theory and the logistics of universities education more on a new step.
