Learning adaptability refers that:according to learning changes in the environment, the learning subject makes self-adjustment in behavior and psychological to achieve an ideal learning and makes equilibrium with learning environment. Learning adaptability is both a process and a state. The study results show that the better adaptability of learning is an important guarantee for the students to achieve good academic performance, while low level of learning adaptability is an important reason of some students with normal intelligence, but have low academic performance and cannot achieve the normal level of development.For those Minority students wbo are admitted to the universities in the developed or less developed areas of Mainland, when learning, language, life, food, customs and other environment change, due to their low Learning adaptability which lead to the academic achievements are universal low. Therefore, the research of learning adaptability of Mainland universities’Minority students has important significance in strengthening mainland universities’Minority student’ ideological and political education, promoting Xinjiang’s economic and social work of personnel training, promoting national unity and a socialist harmonious society, strengthening ideological and political education innovation and promoting the Learning adaptability of mainland universities’minority students.Firstly, through an extensive literature study, elaborated the background and significance of the Learning Adaptability of Mainland Colleges’Minority Students, and summarized the status and development trend of the research of learning adaptability of current domestic and foreign college students, and define the basic definition of the content and characteristics of learning adaptability. Secondly, through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the "Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Nationalities University Minority students, and statistical methods were used to analyze the survey results, the learning adaptability of Minority students with the background of different high schools, different grades and both arts and sciences are analyzed and discussed, pointing out the specific situation of Minority students’learning adaptability. Finally, according to the specific situation of mainland universities Minority students’learn adaptability and put forward some effective measurements which should be done, school:further improve the training work of the Xinjiang minority students; Instructor:have further attention of Minority students’learning during teaching, counselors:do better job in the guidance of Minority students’learning adaptability; students:a rational treatment of the new school of learning, living environment, to seek for their own learning methods and measures which can promote their learning adaptability; Education department of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region should further improve and enhance the basic education conditions and education and teaching quality. With all these research above, the writer hopes help Mainland colleges and universities do a better job in culturing Xinjiang minority talents.
