Research On Employment Problems Of Membership In Xinjiang Minority Students Mainland China

Employment of College Students in China is worsening. In this study, the four schools in Beijing more than 100 minority college graduates in Xinjiang membership conducted a survey aimed at understanding the current severe employment situation, the minority nationality in Xinjiang intention of occupation and its impact on the problem factors, combined with the western countries, the development of the current pilot policies and encourage college graduates to work in the preferential primary, raised from government, schools and individuals to address the three aspects of minority nationality in Xinjiang employment of university graduates and make countermeasures.
