The inland Tibetan classes(school)which was founded in the mainland,to receive the Tibetan students in Tibet.In recent years,more and more of the Tibetan students came to the inland Tibetan classes(school),as the mainland and Tibet in the cultural customs,natural environment and other aspects of the huge differences,many Tibetan students studying in the Mainland are psychologically difficult to adapt to this change,leading to the emergence of learning adaptability.I selected the students of class X in Wuhan Tibetan middle school as the service object,through the demand assessment,it is determined that the service object has the problem of learning adaptability,including four aspects: learning attitude,learning technology,learning environment and physical and mental health.Therefore,I will serve as the target to enhance the high school students' learning ability to adapt,Under the guidance of the group working treatment model,Combining group dynamics theory with cognitive behavioral theory,I conducted 14 service activities from the correct learning attitude,improvement of technology,improve the learning environment,and promote physical and mental health of four dimensions.Finally,the effectiveness of the service was assessed by questionnaires and interviews,and The results show that although there are some disadvantages in the service,but,overall,the results were expected,so the group service was effective.On the basis of summing up and discussing the effect of service,I found: First,the school social work with its professional ideas and methods,in improving the students' learning adaptability effect is obvious;Second,the group working treatment model to enhance students' learning adaptability is significant;Third,the group dynamics theory has a positive guiding effect on the group work therapy pattern.Fourth,the group work therapy model has a positive effect on improving students' learning adaptability.In addition,I also summed up some shortcomings in the service process,First,the needs of clients and the activities of the group is not closely linked;second,social workers in the process of intervention more restrictions;third,social workers to maintain the ability to order the poor order.By reflecting on these shortcomings,so that the author in the future services to be improved.
