Higher Vocational Education Corporate Management Model

With the deepening of the reform of education system, examination system reform must lead the way of education reform, the classification of the vocational college enrollment has brought opportunities for the development of vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational education needs according to the change of policy and market demand for the corresponding reform. In this paper, on the basis of research results at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of the public attribute based on higher vocational education, analyzes the present situation and problems of higher vocational education, analyzes the motivation of government involvement in the higher vocational education management and problems, put forward the necessity and feasibility of private participation in higher vocational education management, point out that accord with the characteristics of higher vocational education reform the existing management system can effectively mobilize social resources to better achieve the characteristics of higher vocational education practice. This article from the status quo and problems of higher vocational education, analyses the development of higher vocational education to the problems facing today and the formation of the root of the problem, put forward the construction of the government, enterprises, schools of the tripartite cooperation corporate management mode, change the mode of professional training, basic skills for business and the demand of the market portfolio industry project, form the teaching module of the basic teaching unit in the new way of teaching. Make full use of enterprise resources of the whole to the practical teaching, students and enterprises signed relevant agreement, to ensure the students employment advantage. So as to solve the insufficient government investment, market demand is insufficient, students atrophy of the existing problems. Corporate management mode in the process of operation, of course, likely update teaching module, the board of directors operation regulation, government subsidies and enterprise investment proportion problems, needs further research. In a word, the higher vocational education corporate management pattern can to a certain extent, solve the problems of the current management system, can effectively mobilize social resources to realize the characteristics of higher vocational education, to reflect the economic value of the education, cultural value, social value and political value.
