Secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are important parts of vocational education system in china.The "national mid-term and long-term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)" proposed "plan the development of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education as a whole”.Thus,the integration of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education has become the key to construct a harmonious and sustainable vocational education system.At the beginning of 21 st century,Some well-developed regions have already carried out link experiments such as "3+3" and "3+2" type.In recent years,the construction of a flyover between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education has become the focus of theoretical research and educational practices which have been explored by some areas.In 2010,The notice of Shanghai Education Commission on carrying out the trial cultivation mode of the integration of secondary vocational and higher vocational education(Shanghai Education Vocational [2010]5)announced it starts with 4 secondary vocational schools and 3 vocational colleges in 4 majors.it plans to enrollment 480 students and by 2016 it expects enroll 6000 students,involving 33 colleges and 51 secondary vocational schools.Thus,Shanghai is on a vigorous development for that.The author participated the project "the mode of talent cultivation on integration education” in2015,which is a sub project from important projects of Shanghai education research--" training mode of Higher Vocational and secondary vocational and applied undergraduate research".The approved number is D1503.The director of academic affairs from Shanghai S college is in charge of that.The aim of the research is to identify the goals of integration education,form a system of integration plan on cultivation;focus on the construction of ability-based curriculum system and develop teaching materials to support them,cultivate teaching staff to be engaged in teaching these courses;explore the management mechanism and training system.The construction of teaching organization and management structure.This paper takes S University as the research object,with talent training model as studying problem.Through empirical study,literature analysis questionnaire,interview and case analysis I discussed the current talents training mode from three aspects: leadership,teachers and students.Also I summarizes the experience and problems,and puts forward some suggestions and prospects on it.This paper mainly includes the following parts:The first chapter: introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background,clarifies the definition of the related concepts.Also it expounds the research meaning and value as well as the core concepts and research design.The second chapter: literature review.This part is to clarify the theoretical basis of the research through literature summary which is mainly on the current situation of training mode for integration education home and abroad.The third chapter: The necessity and feasibility analysis of integration education.This part discusses the necessity and feasibility of the integration of secondary vocational and higher vocational education respectively through the analysis of the main problems existing in the education.The fourth chapter: The integration design for talents cultivation mode of integration education.This part understands the integration design details for talents cultivation mode of Shanghai S college from three dimensions: objects integration design,curriculum integration design and quality assurance.It helps compare the cultivation mode before and after.The fifth chapter: the analysis of the effect for talents cultivation mode of integration education.This chapter analyzed the effect based on the questionnaire and interview and made an analysis from the integration design,curriculum integration design and quality assurance so as to sum up the effectiveness for that mode in Shanghai.The sixth chapter: summary and discussion.This chapter summarizes the exploration for talent cultivation mode of integration education from Shanghai S college.It summarizes its characteristics and experience and things that worth learning in the future.At the same time,it proposes suggestions for the better development and vision for cultivation mode of integration education,hoping secondary and higher vocational education is always on rising.To sum up,the students in the higher vocational education through the education of talent training model,academic examination got good grades and employs research has achieved high pass rate,vocational skills competition performance is good,the international field of vision to further expand,matriculate quality has improved obviously.More integration,the increased students' cultural quality and professional quality training,curriculum structure more reasonable,the practice have the characteristic,employs the requirements of the textual research can also be further defined.There are,of course,students' learning motivation keep license and qualification certificate issue and vocational well versed in the establishment of evaluation system,etc.,therefore,hope governments as well as high vocational schools and parents can work together,hope in the higher vocational education through enterprise progresses day by day.
