With the rapid development of the global IT industry, the competition among the IT enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, the key to the survival and development of Enterprises-- talent, put forward higher requirements. However, the computer professional graduates have appeared the phenomenon of the quality of the students and the employment rate drop, This shows that the status quo of the computer professional talent training mode is insufficient. There are some differences between the professional ability and the expectation of the graduates of computer major, especially in training for the industry, enterprise computer technology personnel, the use of the trend of the unit is not in place, the lack of a comprehensive response to the trend of the preparation.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis, interview survey and questionnaire survey. In the past ten years, the paper studies on the training of computer major in Colleges and universities, summarizes and studies the existing literature, and draws lessons from the essence of the experience. And combined with the interview questionnaire and questionnaire analysis, the results of the study, and then to provide a strong argument for the paper’s point of view.First of all, the analysis of the current situation and the root of the problem of computer professional talent training mode. Secondly, after the interview, industry experts think graduates lack practical skills and experience, lack of professional ability of the jobs, this use of hierarchical analysis method(AHP) construction enterprise IT system of vocational ability, making the questionnaire. And the IT enterprise professional ability empirical survey results of different angles using descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis to carry out a thorough data analysis. Finally, according to the data analysis conclusion from the professional ability of methods and ability of social ability three layer face computer professional talent training pattern of the current situation problems, the more for talent training mode, to improve the computer professional graduates matriculate quality, enhance the computer professional graduates employment rate.
