The head teacher, the organizer、coordinator、administrator and educator, the closest tothe students, contacts students most and has the biggest impact on the students.This article uses the literature material, questionnaire survey and field interviews as themain research method to study how to improve moral education ability, taking No6middleschool for example, finding that in the new period, head teacher’s moral ability is insufficientto a certain extent, such as organizing activity ability, establishing a good relationshipbetween teachers and students, interpersonal coordination ability, guiding studentscomprehensive development ability, moral education research ability and so on. In an age ofhigh-tech and information, the current high school students are active, values diversity, aswell as independent consciousness. At the same time facing the life road, career choices,going abroad, the students’ thought condition is different, in order to educate students better,head teacher’s moral education ability becomes increasingly urgent. Improving moraleducation ability of senior school head teacher is the need of the students’ healthy growth, is arequirement of the teacher professional development, and ensure the quality of classmanagement. Moral education ability of senior school head teacher has the value to promotestudents’ development, develop self-professional skill and self-improvement, besidesmeasures to improve moral education in trouble.Moral education knowledge is the foundation of modern moral education ability of thehead teacher. Improving the morality of moral education itself needs scientific knowledge toguide. The concept of moral education is the core of modern moral education ability of highschool head teacher. Moral education ability’s era characteristics of senior school asks thehead teacher to extend the life of every student as a complete individual, independentpersonality in the process of moral education. Students are active and creative, establishingstudents’ subjectivity, respecting the individual difference, radiating self education enthusiasm.Moral education experience is the key of modern moral education ability of the head teacher,basing on action strategies and practical operation, on the basis of teacher’s educationexperience, practice comprehension and self-reflection. Different head teachers form differentmoral education experience and style, in the face of different education task and theenvironment.Senior school head teacher’s promotion strategies of moral education ability throughpractice mainly include ability promotion of classroom management, interpersonalcommunication, guiding students, effective evaluation, studying and training, etc. Improvingthe capacity of moral education needs endogenous power factor, external system andenvironment protection.
