At present,sclholairs' research on information technology ability and development way of primary school students is not very sufficient.At present,the development of teacher professionalization has entered a relatively mature stage.With the deepening of teacher professionalization movement,the professional behavior ability of head teachers is also the focus of attention.In recent years,the research on the professional behavior ability of head teachers has become a hot topic in the educational circles.This paper takes "the research on the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers" as the core,understands the current situation of the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers,explores the problems existing in the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers,analyses the factors influencing the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers,which has certain theoretical significance and strong practical value.This research mainly investigates the present situation of the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers from eight dimensions:the teaching ability,the research ability,the class management ability,the ability to understand and study students,the ideological education ability,the ability to motivate and evaluate,the ability to communicate and cooperate,the ability to reflect and develop.Through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with the head teachers of four primary schools in Yanji City,we know that the professional behavior ability of the head teachers in primary schools is not high,and is in the primary stage of the development of the professional behavior ability of the head teachers in primary schools.In terms of professional concepts,although they all agree with the importance of the post of head teacher,most of them do not like and love the work of head teacher very much,and their enthusiasm for self-selection as head teacher is not high;in terms of professional knowledge,most head teachers need to strckngthen the study of management knowledge,psychological knowledge,safety and health care knowledge;in terms of professional ability,they have great enthusiasm.Most head teachers need to improve their organizational and management ability,scientific research ability and innovation ability;in terms of professional personality,some head teachers lack clear professional ideals,morality and sentiment;in terms of professional growth,there are problems in the training of head teachers,such as impractical training content,unscientific training form,unreasonable training time,and most of them have weak professional development consciousness.Lack of self-reflection and learning.According to the present situation,this paper analyses the factors influencing the specialization degree of primary school head teachers from subjective and objective aspects.Subjective factors:first,the head teacher's own professional skills are not enough;second,the head teacher's self-development consciousness is not strong;third,the head teacher is influenced by traditional ideas,lack of student-centered consciousness;second,lack of self-awareness and self-reflection development consciousness..Objective factors:The school lacks a collective teaching and research environment and a learning platform for professional competence of head teachers,as well as a perfect evaluation criteria for professional competence of head teachers.Finally,it provides corresponding suggestions to improve the professional behavior ability of primary school head teachers.Firstly,head teachers themselves should strengthen professional theory learning,strengthen their own development consciousness,strictly abide by the requirements of the new curriculum reform,strengthen the consciousness of students as the main body,and self-growth in reflection.Secondly,in the aspect of school management,we should use the elements of professional behavior ability to build a research platform for head teachers,develop the head teachers' investment in education and teaching,and strengthen the mastery of the professional knowledge of head teachers' educational psychology.According to the factors of professional behavior ability,the teacher in charge of a class is evaluat.ed and assessed,the evaluation system of the implementation of the new curriculum reform is established,and the use of incentives and evaluation links by the teacher in charge of a class is fully monitored;not only the class performance is the final evaluation criterion,but also the teacher' s adaptability assessment is increased.
