Want to effectively resolve the re-employment of retired soccer player problem,you need to start from existing training mechanisms. On one hand, to strengthen theperfect athlete disability insurance, one-off payments in the past to improve certaindisability conditions affect the life giving lifelong protection on the other, on the basisof the previous unemployment insurance, explore ways to supplement unemploymentinsurance, improve the living standard of the unemployed again after retired players,extending the employment of retired athletes became unemployed again after graceperiod. So that the majority of the athletes could be free from worries and threw himinto the competition and training, and for the healthy development of China’s sports,to further improve the system of sports insurance in China is urgent.Chinese women’s soccer professional athletes job placement situation is notoptimistic, female soccer players retire relatively narrow channels of employmentplacement, there are generally three ways: one is to deal with; the second is materialcompensation; three are athletes through continuing education to broadenemployment channels. In order to further study of women’s soccer professionalathletes job placement issues, based on logical analysis, interviews and field surveys, literature review and other methods of theoretical basis by reviewing the extensiveliterature and field survey, women’s professional soccer athletes surveyed andanalyzed the status of the job placement.Research results showed that: woman football professional athletes retiredemployment placed problem imminent, due to China Women’s athletes retiredprematurely, not only led to has women’s movement professional level by effects,while also intensified has women’s athletes retired employment placed problem ofstatus, so to promoting China Women’s athletic movement continued, and health ofdevelopment, must to properly placed retired athletes; women’s athletes retiredemployment placed in the exists of problem, main concentrated in retired athletesemployment placed of channel narrow, and Retired athletes itself of quality andcompetitiveness not strong, and retired women’s athletes lack enough of ventureconditions and guarantees several aspects; effects women’s athletes retiredemployment placed situation of factors has many, including social background effects,and personal factors, and women’s athletes of career career planning factors, andliteracy low, and re-employment concept behind,; social environment of improved andnational policy of perfect is solution women’s football professional athletes retiredemployment placed of guarantees.
