| Long jump is a fast and powerful sport dominated by physical fitness.Long jumpers need not only good physical fitness and explosive power,but also the core trunk strength,balance ability and coordination ability needed in the process of completing aerial and landing skills.Because of its instability and imbalance,Swiss ball can activate the core muscle groups and deep small muscle groups,and improve the balance ability of the body and the coordination and control ability of nervous system to muscles.At the same time,training with Swiss ball can also help the recovery of muscle injury and prevent sports injury.This paper combines Swiss ball training with traditional physical training in long jump to carry out Swiss ball combination training.The purpose is to study the influence of Swiss ball combination training on the special quality of long jumpers by stimulating their deep muscles,especially the core muscles,hoping to find a new set of special physical training methods to improve the special quality of long jumpers,and then improve their special achievements.In this paper,the methods of literature review,expert interview,field observation,mathematical statistics and experiment were used to study and analyze.Eight members of the long jump team of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks of experimental training.The test indexes of special strength quality,special speed quality,special jumping ability,balance ability and special achievement of the two groups of athletes before and after the experiment were tested respectively,and the test index data were sorted and analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)Swiss ball combination training can effectively improve the special quick strength of long jumpers,but has no significant effect on the maximum strength index.(2)Swiss ball combination training improves athletes’ special speed quality,but compared with the control group,there is no significant difference between the two groups.(3)Swiss ball combination training not only improves athletes’ core strength and core stability,but also improves athletes’ nervous system’s ability to control muscles.(4)Compared with traditional strength training,Swiss ball combination training can improve athletes’ balance ability,coordination ability and special jumping ability.(5)Swiss ball combination training has a significant impact on the special performance of long jumpers. |
