The long jump of China's track and field project belongs to the traditional advantages of the project. This paper takes Sichuan Province as the research object, using literature data, expert interviews, logical analysis, mathematical analysis, questionnaire survey, to find out the existing problems, which is intended to provide some basis for the training of the coaches in the city. Through the analysis of the survey data, the conclusions are as follows:1.Sichuan Province youth long jump athletes, coaches, whether in the basic training stage, or in special training stage, the main purpose and task are to achieve excellent sports performance; coaches on the special strength of the special strength training means and methods to arrange a single, ignoring the full development.2.Sichuan province in the long jump athletes training, the coaches each time to grasp the more reasonable, but the amount of training per week, the total amount of training per year, in a special strength training load is too large, easy to cause injury, athletes training system.3.coaches in the athletes stage fast strength training arrangements and training means to choose the basic requirements of the outline, but should be based on the physical condition of different athletes to do the countermeasures.4 part of the city of Sichuan Province, the poor training environment, special equipment behind and lack of medical supervision, such as the lack of training, so that the training system can not be guaranteed. Suggestions:1. Our province teenager athletes are mostly concentrated in Sports Institute of technology, schools, sports teams, is lack of the cultural level and professional knowledge should be strengthen the professional theoretical knowledge and training method of learning, such as on a regular basis, please jump project related experts to teach or watch elite athletes training and competition video etc..2.The province part of the coaches may also is from retired athletes in sports school, sports teams, they have rich competition experience and training experience, but the theory of knowledge still lack in-depth understanding, should strengthen the training of coaches professional theoretical knowledge. The relevant departments or units can organize coaches to participate in the national or provincial coaches training courses to carry out the relevant theoretical knowledge learning.3.The coach in the special strength training means and methods should be fully in accordance with the characteristics of the long jump and follow the physiological features of teenagers and means should be diversified, diversification, such as the selection and special or similar games, imitation practice, overcome its own weight of jumping exercises combined, knee and ankle joint exercises, waist and abdominal muscles to promote the overall development of athletes.4.athletes' growth can not be separated from the long-term basic training, the young long jump athletes are in the physical development period, so the traditional strength training and special strength training should be effectively distinguished and good combination, for the future training to play a good foundation.5. The relevant units and departments should full attention infrastructure construction, equipped with special equipment, equipped with medical facilities, doctor, ensure good training environment for athletes, the athletes training is guaranteed. Such as key athletes to carry out regular biochemical indicators test and feedback to the coaches, so that coaches can better grasp the training.
