Wei Shusheng is a pioneer in the field of contemporary Chineseeducation,his educational theory is an important research content of thecontemporary Chinese education personal.Researchers give extendedapplication to his successful experience from different angles.Infact,there are still some questions in Chinese teaching to learn WeiShusheng’s successful experience,it is difficult to be applied to theactual teaching experience in the teaching of Wei Shusheng.Chineselanguage teaching to learn Wei Shusheng’s teaching experience subjectivevery strong selectivity, teaching environment and other factors into theteaching to the successful experience of Wei Shusheng combined with theteaching practice.We put the inheritance and development of Wei Shushengthought Confucius content as the object of study, from the Confuciusideological point of view.There is no research on the educational thoughtof inheritance.,though there are lots of literature study on theConfucius and Wei Shusheng. Chinese teaching should combine successfulexperience especially the excellent traditional education ideas withteaching practice, improve the quality and level of teaching.Researcher arrangement and classify the educational thought of WeiShusheng nearly ten years by literature review method, case study methodand comparative research method.Researcher find a better orientation andmethod of study for Chinese education combined with the actual teaching of Wei Shusheng’s analysis and research on his inheritance and developmentConfucius education thought content from the theoretical source.Wei Shusheng’s inheritance and development of the Confucius educationthought based on the practice of teaching,.The excellent traditionaleducation thought reflected in the concept of teaching, the concept ofmoral education, teachers and students.Wei Shusheng cultivated students’ interest in learning by"inspiredby the idea "of In language teaching.In the language teaching,wei Shusheng carried out his "six stepteaching method"by"Teach students in accordance with their aptitude".Hecarried out his "four times eight reading method" and "the tree of theknowledge of Chinese language " by "step by step" ideology.He culturedstudents’ self education ability, self-learning ability and the abilityof Chinese subject by "Learn your resourceful".In the view of teachers and students, Wei Shusheng built a respectfor teachers and students. He is care for students of the harmoniousrelationship between teachers and students. Wei Shusheng developed KongZi’s thought of "happy and science".He stricts demands on themselves, andconstantly improve their knowledge and ability, professional ethicseducation thought and ideological quality. On the other hand, thedevelopment of Kong Zi’s thought of "respect for teachers love studentsestablish a correct view of the students, for all students, comprehensivepromote the development of students.In the view of moral education, Wei Shusheng attaches importance tothe status of moral education in Chinese teaching, establishs the goalof moral education to promote the comprehensive development of students.He inherited and developed Kong Zi’s thought of "Suntech" and "love"thought in Chinese teaching by using the science and democracy principleas the guiding ideology of moral education to cultivate students’ moral character.Wei Shusheng was influenced by Confucius education ideas.He gotinspiration in teaching to solve outstanding education thought andteaching experience to provide theoretical support to fit the effectiveconnection of theory and practice. Through the research on the inheritanceand development of Wei Shusheng thought on Confucius,we get theEnlightenment: noble heart is the key in the education industry in thetransformation of educational concepts, teaching should be the teachingpractice and the combination of excellent education, development andresearch direction of teacher learning.
