Dynamic Analysis Of Floating Population In Heilongjiang Province And Its Components

The floating population is regarded as an important part of the modern society,obviously, it has more and more effects on the social and economic development.With the rapid increasing of the floating population, its natural characteristics，regional characteristics, floating characteristics and social-economic characteristicsappear various trend. How to grasp the basic status of the floating populationaccurately, to understand the characteristics of floating population comprehensively,to develop the pertinent policy measures has become the key to solve the problemThe article uses the National Health Planning Commission to launch anationwide population dynamic monitoring survey data in Heilongjiang province,respectively by the longitudinal data (2010-2013) comparison, taking thegeographical location, economic level and the floating population size intoconsideration, choosing Jilin, Liaoning, Shanxi, Jiangsu these four provinces data tomake a traversal comparison, along with the national basic condition,analyzing thebasic characteristics of the floating population in Heilongjiang province to explorethe existing problems and offer the measures.The research of the dynamic monitoring survey of floating population inHeilongjiang province displays that the present trend of the floating population is"miniaturization","family", the higher proportion of the inner province, the lowstandard of living, and the shortage of the public services and social security. Fromthe provincial level, Heilongjiang province itself lacks the attracts of the floating ofpopulation geographic location and economical advantages, no obvious attraction interms of employment opportunities and policies and regulations, therefore, it needsurgently to produce the specific policies and measures to secure the trailing children to go to school and the trailing families to employ, to improve the culture technologyof the floating population, to appreciate the public services and social security etc.,in order to improve the floating population’s living condition and social economystatus, meanwhile, to enhance the sense of social integration.
