The entrance physical examination of junior middle school graduate is fully implement to the party’s education policy, aiming at promoting the development of quality education; To overcome disadvantages of different degrees of intellectual education in current education system; Further improve the system of sports evaluation reform, guide the schools, students family and society focus on school sports and physical health of students; It is further to strengthen the sports teaching as the core of the school sports teaching, and constantly improve the students’ physical fitness. It is also a important part of school sports, a necessary way to achieve the purpose of school sports, and cultivates students form lifelong sports consciousness.This research adopts the document, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method, set Tianjin Xinhua high school as the example to investigate the situation of junior high school entrance physical examination in middle school of Tianjin. To explore the characteristics for the city of Tianjin since the implementation of high school entrance physical examination. Aim to provide scientific reference for school physical education reform.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Junior middle school graduate entrance examination of sports achievement consist of PE, sunshine sports, physical fitness standard and sports uniform test. Physical education assessment mainly on physical fitness and sports skills, Sunshine Physical Education depend on the number of students to take part in sunshine sports activities, physical standard test choose endurance, speed and strength of the assessment, the sports uniform testing is mainly to assess students’ comprehensive physical quality.2. After implement junior high school graduate entrance examination, students’ awareness of the of the purpose of physical examination project has improved, less students have cognitive biases, because of the pressure of entering a higher school, students for entrance examination of sports results very seriously, most students express a positive attitude and gradually adapt to it.3. With implement junior high school graduate entrance examination, teachers’ teaching pressure increased, appear passive teaching, but the status of physical education teachers is improved, and enhanced their sense of responsibility and mission.4. After implement junior high school graduate entrance examination, the teaching goals is different, most teachers consider that entrance physical examination affect teaching content.5. It has seriously influenced teaching contents, teachers not only implement curriculum standards, but also set entrance examination of sports project as the first target, which is too examination oriented.6. Graduated from junior high school entrance examination of sports leads to teaching evaluation is mainly based on the results of the teachers.7. Besides, with development of graduated from junior high school entrance examination, most school sports facilities has been improved.
